 We are Canadian. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We ship within Canada only.
There are four ways that you can order and pay for your products.
1) Through our online store. The kwkids.com online store is never closed,
In today's world shopping online is convenient, safe and exciting.
2) Call or email us to arrange for a convenient time to pick the bottles up from our location (close to downtown Kitchener, Ontario). Cash only please.
3) By mail. To place your order by mail, please fill out the order form (download in PDF) and mail it to us along with a cheque or money order payable to KW Kids.
Please do not send cash.
KW Kids is located in Kitchener, Ontario. We ship within Canada only.
We believe in the 3Rs and will do what we can to minimize and reuse packaging while ensuring that products are adequately protected and arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Your order will normally be shipped within 48 hours.
If there is a delay with your order, we will let you know.

Attention: Non-Ontario Residents
Since ON PST is added to our orders automatically, part of the PST amount that you paid will be used to offset the higher out-of-province shipping charges. We will email you a separate invoice if the PST refund does not cover the extra shipping charges.
Attention: Kitchener/Waterloo Residents
We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $75 (before shipping & taxes) within Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario. If you pay online, we'll refund the shipping & handling charges for orders delivered within KW. A partial refund ($4 + GST & PST) will be issued for order under $75 (before shipping & taxes).
1) The kwkids.com online store accepts payment through Paypal. You can pay using your Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
You DO NOT NEED to have a Paypal account to be able to pay with Paypal.
2) We accept cash only for pick-up orders.
3) We accept cheque or money order for mail-in orders.
GST @ 5% will be collected on all orders shipped within Canada.
All orders shipped within Ontario are also subject to 8% provincial sales tax.
All Klean Kanteen products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
If you are experiencing any problems within the warranty period, please contact us at sales@kwkids.com or by calling 519-571-8827.
Please note that once a product is added to the shopping cart, the price includes GST & 8% Ontario PST. Since PST must be collected from Ontario addresses only, we will refund the PST after you make your payment.
