Cambridge Santa Claus Parade
When? Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 6pm.
What?
The 2009 parade will start on Hespeler Rd. at Dunbar Rd. and run north on Hespeler to end at Langs Drive. Please bring a non perishable (canned or boxed) food item as a donation to the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank. They will be collecting on the parade route, and in conjunction with Kool FM, Grand River Transit, and Kans for Kids, cash collections will also be taken at the parade. Please help bring a Christmas meal to the table for those who are in need!

Heritage Parade of Lights
When? Saturday, November 14 & Sunday, November 15, 2009. Gates open 5:30pm; Parade starts 6pm.
What?
Spectacular parade of vintage tractors and machinery decorated with coloured festive lights. Tractor drawn wagon rides after the parade. Refreshments served after the parade in the Gambrel Barn. Meet Santa, Mrs. Claus and their jolly elves.
How Much? Admission is by cash donation.

Guelph Community Santa Claus Parade

What?
Floats and groups from the community, marching bands, clowns and characters come together to start the christmas season celebrations. Parade Runs throughout downtown, including Quebec and Wyndham Streets.

The Toronto Santa Claus Parade

What?
Since 1905, the Toronto Santa Claus parade has made its way through the streets of downtown Toronto. Today, The Santa Claus Parade is the longest running children's parade in the world and one of the overall largest parades in the world. The morning of the parade, the 2nd annual FREE pre-Parade President's Choice Financial Santa Claus Parade Breakfast will be served downtown at Yonge Dundas Square. This breakfast will include a FREE Grab 'n Go breakfast with items provided by President's Choice and FREE hot coffee provided by McDonald's. There will also be a pre-Parade Show sponsored by Yahoo!. Exciting entertainment at the show and breakfast will include magicians performing on Yonge Street and a main magic show on the stage, jugglers, balloon artists, our Celebrity Clowns, face painting and some of your favorite mascots. This breakfast and pre-Parade show is a chance for parade-goers to enjoy the festivities before finding their place along the Parade route. Come out and join us! The 2009 Toronto Santa Claus Parade will begin at Bloor Street West & Christie Street, move East along Bloor to Avenue Road, head South around Queen's Park, and along University Avenue, turn East on Dundas to Yonge Street, and continue South to Front Street where it will turn East and end at the intersection of Front Street & Church Street.

What?
Don't miss this year's Santa Claus Parade! Starts at King and Erb in Waterloo and goes all the way down to King and Cedar in Kitchener. Broadcast live on Rogers TV......lots of floats and bands and costumed characters. Kids are encouraged to bring letters for Santa. Bring a toy for the toy drive and canned goods for the Food Bank. Let's put the spirit back into Christmas. Everyone is welcome. The parade is organized by The Lions Club of Kitchener.

Woodstock's Santa Claus Parade

What?
The magic of Christmas is brought to life for the Santa Claus Parade in Downtown Woodstock! On the 3rd Saturday in November at 6pm, people crowd Dundas Street from the Fairgrounds to Vansittart Avenue to be amazed! The spectators marvel at the illuminated floats and the sweet sounding bands. All the community groups, organizations, schools, churches and businesses join together to make this event spectacular and dazzling! The bands, with their musical selection have people stopping to favourites and singing along! The floats and the bands definitely do one thing, they get people in the Christmas spirit! And, most importantly, there is the jolly old elf himself at the end of the parade wishing good tidings to all! The Parade leaves the fairgrounds at 6:00 PM and should arrive Downtown around 6:45-7:00PM.

Milton Santa Claus Parade

What a great way to kick off this festive season, join us for the 2009 Christmas Around the World Milton Santa Claus Parade! Everyone, young and old looks forward to seeing the brightly coloured floats, entertainers and marching bands. The parade will begin at Bronte and Barton Street with entries staged on Bronte Street from Derry Road.

Weston Santa Claus Parade

What?
This is the 30th anniversary of the parade and features, stilt-walkers, mimes, clowns, the London Steam Train and Calliope, 10 of Ontario's best marching bands and over 40 colourful floats. This year's theme is "Christmas Through the Ages". Come as we present the magic and excitement of the holiday season with a parade of colour and music! The parade takes place in on Weston Road (in York - north of Toronto) from Church Street to Sidney Belsey Crescent.

This event incorporates both the traditional Santa Claus Parade and the Parade of Lights, traveling from Lakeside Drive to City Hall with a tree-lighting ceremony. 5:15 - 5:45 pm: Sales of Celebration Candles - (Kiwanis Community Centre); 5:15 - 6 pm: Caroling (City Hall); 5:45 pm: Parade begins (KCC to City Hall); 6 pm: Tree Lighting (City Hall); 6:45 pm: Santa Arrives (City Hall) - Refreshments served by the Optimist Club.

Kiwanis Club of Elmira Santa Claus Parade

What?
Come one, come all. We have floats, bands and characters in costumes. Canada Post will be on hand so bring your letters to Santa Claus and these will be collected along the route. The parade starts at William Street along Arthur Street to First Street and ends at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall. Dress appropriately for the weather.

Christmas Parade

What?
Hosted by the City of Burlington and local Rotary Clubs, this annual Christmas Parade features 65 entries including bands, colourful floats, clowns, mascots and jolly St. Nick himself. The Burlington Teen Tour Band Boosters will be collecting non-perishable food items to support local food banks. Children are encouraged to bring their letters for Santa for collection during the parade by Canada Post letter carriers. The parade starts at Burlington Mall and marches along Guelph Line to New Street, travels west along New to James Street, then north on Brant Street. The parade route finishes at Brant Street and Caroline.
