It is a wonderful way to relief back tension that accumulates by carrying a baby both inside and outside your belly. Belly dance also helps women feel graceful, powerful, and elegant. Previous dance experience is not necessary. Discover the grace and beauty of bellydance while nurturing your changing body and the baby growing within.
