Drop In & Paint Your Own Pottery at The Art Studios
What? The Art Studios is a perfect place to come and relax, have some fun with paints and brushes, and create very special personal items. Some you might use everyday, others will be treasured as keepsakes, and perhaps a few will be given away to warm someone’s heart. Ceramic painting is easy. There isn’t much that can go wrong. Spring Fling 2010
When? March 16 - 20, 2009 from 10am to 6pm
What? Canada's largest indoor carnival returns to Rogers Centre for a 6 day run through March Break 2010. Spring Fling is your solution to the question "What should we do this March Break?" Enjoy midway fun with rides, and games of chance. New this year: a children's stage, Reptilia, Inflatable Sports Zone and Activity Area (Some additional charges may apply for certain activities in the Activity Area).
How much? $20 - All day ride ticket (2 years and up). $10 - No ride ticket (perfect for the parent or guardian interested in relaxing while the children are having fun!) Please see their website for other ticket options.

A Week Of March Break Madness

What? During March Break, Art and Science live side by side. Search for artifacts in our archaeology dig, whip up good times in Kitchen Works and enjoy puzzles in the Brain Teaser gallery. Experiment with Kitchen Chemistry using household ingredients; investigate acids and bases and electricity; create a masterpiece in the Art Centre. Please note that during busy times, there may be a short, outdoor wait for admittance to this popular museum. At such times, visits may also be limited to one hour.

It's A Family Affair, March Break At Dundurn
When? Saturday, March 13, 2010 to Sunday, March 21, 2010 from 10 am - 4 pm
What? Children, adults and grandparents are invited to Dundurn Castle to discover what it was like to live and play above stairs and work and live below stairs. Charades and gossip are some of the games you'll play as you tour the Castle. This year visitors will be treated to a variety of maple goodies made in the historic kitchen. Don't forget to visit the Hamilton Military Museum's Discovery Gallery and the children's activity centre at the Coach House.
